The Disappearing Table 

This small urban backyard didn’t have a place to entertain and had basement flooding issues. The Phase 1 includes a new paver patio  and stormwater solutions. Through the use of drain inlets, a French drain, an infiltration trench and a rain garden, this homeowner will not have to deal with flooding in her basement anymore. A custom-built wood planter/bench/table piece will allow the homeowner to entertain guest. The table and its benches collapse and fold away to be hidden maximizing the patio area.
