Out With the Old, In With the New

This homeowner had an existing railroad tie retaining wall that was rotting and starting to fall apart. The solution was to replace the existing wall with a new dry-stacked stone wall while creating a new garden space for the homeowner to landscape for themselves. The retaining wall along the front of the property was built to be a seat wall for any passersby to take a break and relax.
